Plastic Panel Repair

Repair plastic panels by using stainless steel wire .040 thick. Bend into a zig zag using needle plyers leaving one leg up to hold on to with plyers. Use propane torch to get wire to glow red.  Lightly set into plastic and release holding device. Clip end off with cutters when cool. Use urethane repair kit from harbor freight or other supplier to cover reinforcement.
